fairly clean apartment with peaceful location really close to port/ beach, bus / train station and the airport. we stayed in a double room and appreciated the view of street. location in a quiet neighbourhood. we spent some time at sartorio, they offer drinks and are not very far from the property.

The neighborhood is pleasant with a good range of nearby bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean. Access to a shared kitchen and lovely garden. Location is quiet and only a 15-minute walk from public transportation and city/shopping center. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing too much trouble.

It was located in a local area close to the centre. Staff was nice, tried to answer all questions. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment there.

I had a wonderful stay at this adults, only hotel. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to the main shops of the city. the room was clean and modern, with comfortable bed clothes and a nice heating/cooling system. I also enjoyed the access to a well, equipped kitchen and the option to relax on my own balcony.

There were some delays during check, in, with no staff present at first, but they eventually arrived to assist us.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room size was perfect for us, and the private terrace was incredible, even bigger than our room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was even a small fridge in the room. The hotel had a common kitchen that guests can use, which was a great convenience. The wifi worked well, and the hotel was located in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. It was easy to get to the city center by walking, taking us about 25 minutes to reach the Cathedral.

We had a great time here, spending two enjoyable nights in a modern building located in a nice, quiet area close to the gourmet market - we really liked it and plan to return.

The layout of the hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable. the neighborhood had a good range of bars and restaurants nearby. - the rooms were clean.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There was dust everywhere, the headboard and drawers had fresh dust and crumbs, and there was a cigarette burn on the floor.

The room had a good size and a big private terrace. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. One thing we really enjoyed was the shared kitchen, which allowed us to prepare some meals and save money on dining out.

There were visible dirt and stains, and it didn't seem like the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. there was a problem with the shower as the water would constantly flood the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.

As a couple visiting Palma de Mallorca in early December, we had a wonderful stay at Residencia Mayol. The lift access made our arrival with luggage hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The modern rooms were equipped with functioning air-conditioning, a fridge, and other electricals. The shutters allowed for a peaceful and restful night's sleep, while the garden provided a peaceful retreat. We also appreciated the convenience of the vending machines and shared kitchen facilities.
